Refund & Exchange Policy
Please inspect the package while the courier is present:
✅ If everything looks good → Accept the full package
❌ If any item is not as expected → Refuse the entire package
Partial acceptance of the package is not possible.
🕒 Refund or Exchange Within 14 Days
• Items must be unused and in original condition and tags must be attached
Important Note: Items on SALE are not eligible to refunds, only exchanges can be applied. (However, you can check the order while the courier is on doors and refuse the whole package or receive the whole package).

If you need to exchange an item, please note that there will be a delivery fee. For refunds, the delivery fee will be deducted from the total amount.
💸 Refunds are processed within 7–14 days
