Refund/Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a smooth Refund and Exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry free.

1. Package Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to check the items while the courier is at the door. You may:
• Accept the entire package if everything is satisfactory.
• Refuse the entire package if any part of it is not as expected.

Important Note: Partial acceptance or refusal of individual items within the package is not allowed at the time of delivery.

2. Refund & Exchange Window

If you accept the package but later change your mind:
 • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
 • Items must be unused and in their original condition and tags must be attached. 

Important Note: Sales items are non-refundable, but exchange can be applied.
Please note that Bazaar purchases are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
 • Fill the form from the bio on Instagram. 
 • Or contact our customer service team within 14 days via [DM/WhatsApp/E-mail].

4. Terms & Conditions
 • Refunds will be issued after the item(s) are received in our office and inspected.
 • Return or exchange shipping costs will be applyed unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent or a defect).

Your refund will be processed in 7-14 days after your return is received and approved.

 

You can visit our showroom in 1st settlement - New Cairo, refund or exchange in person just DM us and we will send you the showroom location.

١. المعاينة وقت الاستلام

ممكن إنك تفتحي وتشوفي الطلب قدام المندوب. تقدري:

• تستلمي الأوردر بالكامل لو كله تمام.

• أو ترفضي الأوردر بالكامل لو في أي حاجة مش مظبوطة.


ملاحظة مهمة: ماينفعش تستلمي جزء وترفضي جزء من الطلب وقت التوصيل.


٢. مدة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

لو استلمت الأوردر وبعدين غيرت رأيك:

• معاك ١٤ يوم من تاريخ الاستلام علشان تطلب استرجاع أو استبدال.

• لازم القطعة تكون ما اتلبستش وبحالتها الأصلية.

ملاحظة مهمة:المنتجات اللي عليها خصم ما ينفعش يتعملها استرجاع، بس ممكن تتبدل.
وبرجاء الملاحظة إن مشتريات البازار لا يمكن استبدالها أو استرجاعها.


٣. إزاي تطلب استرجاع أو استبدال؟

• تملي الفورم اللي في البايو علي انستجرام

• او تكلمينا خلال ١٤ يوم عن طريق انستجرام مسج، واتساب، أو الإيميل.


٤. الشروط والأحكام

• الفلوس بترجعلك بعد ما نستلم القطعة ونراجعها في المكتب.

• في مصاريف الشحن علي طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا لو الغلط من عندنا (زي لو وصلتك قطعة غير المطلوبة أو فيها عيب).

• الفلوس بتوصل خلال ٧–١٤ يوم من بعد ما نستلم القطعة ونوافق على الاسترجاع.
